I don't recall going to a Roy Roger's before but the food was good if a little on the pricey side for fast food. I really liked that you could get a fixings cup with lettuce and tomato. They also had horseradish sauce which is a bit of a rare find it seems at most burger places.

Chicken was hard and dry.. it was after i got offf around 9pm .. before i even order i asked the 2 gentlemen how fresh was the chicken? One cashier said 18 mind and the othe cashier said over and hour, then the African American cashier said no 18 mins so i decided to go ahead and get then chicken b/c it's the best and i LOVE IT. This is the second time it has happened. I most likely won't return anytime soon.

Love Roys came back to town and had to get a Roast beef sandwich and fries

We had a fantastic experience here! Had car trouble and got breakfast and waited with the family while the car was being worked on nearby. The food was great and the manager stopped by our table and was very understanding and let us wait! After a couple hours he even gave us some free drinks out of sympathy! All together felt very welcomed and a part of the family atmosphere here!

I love Roy Rogers! I'm always happy to come in here and I always leave happy too :) Boom boom sauce is my favorite part, as you can see in my photo. The bread on the burger is really good too, and I like that I can customize it my way with veggies.

Never heard of this food chain before but met my hunger needs on Sunday. Still has an 80's fast food interior which is weird and nostalgic.

My Dad and I use to come here for Breakfast all the time. Now everytime I eat hear it reminds me of him :) The Food is still the same, Great!!!!! Love the people who work here they are Wonderful!!! Thank you for the Memories.

The general manager is very rude and dont have great customer service at all she did not handle my situation in a good manner at all will not return here at this location her name is jessie frogale

Slow drive thru

While far from the Roy Rogers that some of us lived for throughout the majority of our adolescence, it’s still Roy Rogers. The food is still good even if it is something of a departure from the Roy’s that we loved. The nostalgia is still somewhat there to be honest.

Especially love the fixens bar. Friendly staff, prompt service. Consistently good fast food.

Chicken was good but took a hot minit to get. Like drive through should never take more than 10 min from order to fulfillment. But the chicken was good. Darn good. Expensive a f tho. 10 dollar 3 piece without the sides. There burgers ain't all that either. I didnt even order one because it's like that. Darn good chicken tho.

I prefer their chicken sandwich to Chick-filet. Better roll in my opinion.

Super food and service

This Roys is really good.. they just had a remodel so it's nice and clean as well as comfortable if u just wasn't to relax to eat lunch.. the burgers are always juicy.. not greasy..a little pricey but what isn't

The young man who helped us was extremely nice and courteous. While we were eating manager was loudly berating the young man for the entire dining room to hear. My food was cold and unappetizing. Maybe the manager should have been more concerned about the quality of the food!!! #nevergoingback

Food was good.. Would like more effort in the coffee station area. Some flavored creamers, honey packets and stevia would be a good start.

Such a wonderful experience from A to Z!! It was very busy and I didn't have to wait at all to give them my order. Turned to go fill my drink and grab napkins and my order was ready!! The condiment bar was well stocked and clean. Had one of my best experiences at a fast food Joint here. And to top it off, the bathrooms were cleaner than any other place I've ever been. Probably cleaner than my own.

The favorite. I love the fix it bar and I can load my sandwich with all my favorite toppings. Chicken was great as usual

I've been coming to this place for years on our way skiing or heading north visit friends and family. And over 30 years never had a single bad experience.

Very clean. ..Food came out quickly. ..the staff was fantastic, especially John working the dining area. There are many restaurants to choose from in this area. I would definitely pick this Roy Rogers again

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They provide generous portions and for reasonable prices. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff were very affable and chatty. Recommended.

This specific store in Frederick near FSK Mall deserves much credit. The staff there, with special note to the store manager make this Roy Rogers an excellent experience. They are always kind, engaging and always work hard to ensure your order is correct. The food is outstanding, there service better than that. A+ to this Roy's for a great job!!!

These were some of the best fries I've ever had, and the burger was out of this world. The only thing was it the bacon on the burger was just average. But I'll definitely be stopping if I find another Roy Rogers.

I used to live in the area and loved the fried chicken at Roy's so when I visited it was a natural choice for dinner. That's when things started to go sideways. It was the height of dinner time service and the restaurant was out of most chicken pieces. Only an abundance of legs and a few dry breasts was on the menu and there were no signs anyone was interested in making more. Since I'm not particularly found of legs and like white meat even less, I ordered a "fish" sandwich. The fish was finely minced with much filler to the point of no taste. My mother had the chicken which was dry and over cooked. Lobby area wasn't clean and the fixin's bar was not well stocked. This certainly wasn't my beloved Roy's we left 7 years ago. There is so much fast food competition out there now that you can do better, especially for chicken. And if you want fish, let this sandwich be the one that got away.

Not over all horrible, will likely visit again, but very disappointed. Three stars earned solely for the quality of associates I interacted with (their demeanor, cleanliness, presentation). Was looking for a quick bite without fast-foodsy feels. Roy’s was recommended. Great burger, a little greasy. Ordered two large sides, both would be considered small (not even medium) from any other restaurant period. Baked apples were cold. “Fixin’s” cup was extremely underwhelming - one slice of lettuce, not big enough to cover the whole burger, one pickle, one paper-thin tomato, no onions. They didn’t even know how to make their featured shake. I’m sure the customers behind me didn’t appreciate that. Could’ve gone to McDonald’s and fed two people for the price paid.

Service is always slow in the drive through. When you get to the speaker you sometimes need to wait thirty seconds before someone greets you. Then when you get the the window you need to wait a minute to pay for the food and another five minutes to actually get it

Only my second time here and I was more impressed than the first time ! Same fast friendly service, the employees were very courteous and helpful, and the food was hot fresh and tasted great. The restaurant was well maintained and the dining area was immaculately clean. There’s a very kind gentleman working here that was so nice and made sure everything was neat and clean before I sat at my table. I wish I knew his name but kudos to everyone working here.
